A visual inspection for wood destroying organisms including: termites, “wood boring” beetles, and wood decay fungi. Florida is the home to many different organisms that “eat” wood. After the inspection, treatment options will be offered as needed.
4 Point Inspection

Many insurance companies require a 4 point inspection report on homes over 25 years of age before writing a policy. As a NACHI certified inspector, we have been approved for inspections with every insurance carrier in Florida.

What is your process?
First things first: Fill out a request for services and someone form our team will be in contact in less than 24hrs to schedule an appointment and explain the next steps.
What if it is an emergency?
If you have an emergency where you need services within 24 hours of the request, we will try our best to fit you in the schedule. Remember though, services needed within 24 hours from the request will have a ‘last minute request’ service fee added on to the normal service charge.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
Someone form our team will be in contact in less than 24hrs to provide a quote for services.
Are you licensed and Insured?
Yes. Also Systeco is a working member of the International Assosciation of Certified Home Inspectors, better known as NACHI or InterNachi. We are compelled to follow their code of ethics & standard practices. We are also required to complete 24 hours of continuous education courses evey year.
